NPR DS MARKETING FORMS: Feedback Needed!

As we confirm our Summer 16 feature release schedule for Marketing Forms, we have opportunities for you to provide our team with valuable feedback on these upcoming features:

1. Real-Time Pledge Reports Survey (May 6)

Thank you for your feedback about using our two real-time pledge reports (Member Comments and Pledge Revenue Summary) since our initial release last fall. As part of improving these reports, we need some more information about your expected use of reporting during pledge drives in order to plan future development.

Please help us understand how you use Pledge Reports by completing this brief survey.

As part of our summer release, we expect to release a minor first update to Pledge Reports. However, your feedback is vital in helping us understand where the most urgent needs lie for this release and others. Please complete our survey by Friday, May 6th.

2. Sustainer Upsell 10 Day Pilot (May 23)

Marketing Forms has a new feature that can help you increase your number of sustainer memberships through online forms. We need 1-2 stations to help us A/B test an online form using our new Sustainer Upsell feature before we can enable this feature for all stations.

We are running the pilot during the last two weeks in May (May 23-June 6). If you’re interested in testing this feature and are available during the last two weeks in May and have access to an email list of a minimum of 1,000, one-time donors: contact Sara Terpeny (sterpeny@npr.org).

What is Sustainer Upsell?

In Marketing Forms, you can enable Sustainer Upsell on any online form. When a donor successfully submits a one-time donation, they will be presented with a window that asks if they’d like to add an additional sustainer monthly membership to their order.

After our May pilot, we'll update stations to learn more about the new Sustainer Upsell feature and when we expect it to be ready for general release.

Update 6/8/16: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the scheduling of the pilot had to be pushed back a bit.  We now expect to push forward with a two week pilot in July.  Stay tuned for more details.

Coming Soon- Summer Release & Station Advisory Group

In June, look for a roadmap webinar update from us on what we expect to release prior to your Fall pledge drives. Also, we'll update you on a new initiative to solicit station feedback on our product discovery and communication process through a new Marketing Forms station advisory group.
