One of the clear learnings from NPR One is that audience retention is tied to the presence of station content. This knowledge about the effect of station content in NPR One leads us to the question "Does station content on have a similar impact?" In the March 2017 monthly station insights webinar we considered this question from a number of angles and found that there is strong evidence that the audience who reads station content on is more engaged than the typical visitor both in terms of percent of audience retained and in terms of content consumption.
